This wine is made from tempranillo variety grape growing in old vines and harvested byhand. It ferments in stainless steel vats at 28º, with daily pumping-over and maceration.Once the malolactic fermentation is over, wine matures 6 months in red oak and 6months in French oak, then it spends 10 months in the bottle.Intense bigarreau-cherry colour, bright and clean.Its characteristics give a rich nose, with tertiary aromas coming from oak ageing: vanilla,leather and tobacco. Nevertheless, primary aromas can still be felt: blackberry andraspberry.It is rounded, meaty and persistent in the mouth, with a harmonious and elegantcombination of acid and tannin flavours.It matches grilled meat, red meat, small and big game, Iberian ham and stews.Storage period: from 5 to 10 years.Bottle Volume: 0,50 cl. / 0,75 cl. / 5 l. (Magnum).
