                                   Wine 101
How should I start my wine journey?

Picture
When we talk about wine, wine tastings or simply to order a wine at a restaurant or bar, there are a few things that we should know and/or remember in order to make the experience more pleasurable which are:
     1. Wine is about your taste, what you like to drink; it needs to be related to the grapes and tastes that you enjoy and have pleasure with each sip you take.
      2. I like to say that comparing to other drinks (e.g. rum, vodka, etc.), we can have a good conversation around wine topics, cultures and history. Like scotch, wine is something that is alive! Yes, ALIVE, it starts by harvesting the grapes, fermenting them, and aging them. While the wine is in a barrel, either wood or stainless steel barrels it is changing the wine and maturing it.  Like every living thing... they born, growth, ages and dies.

Our intention is to teach you the basic about wines and how to select the most appropriated ones according to your taste. At the end, you are the one that is going to enjoy it, not only drink it.
